Shipping & Returns
Enquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our products that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
Processing Times
Orders will be sent within 3 - 7 business days. During sale periods, processing times may increase up to 2 weeks.
Australian Shipping
Bask & Sip use Australia Post to ship your order through Tracked Mail. This can take 2+ business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
International Shipping
Bask & Sip uses Australia Post to ship your order through International Tracked Standard Service. This can take anywhere between 10-25 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.
We send all orders with tracked shipping so we can see its whereabouts at all times and resolve any shipping issues in timely manner due to the tracking information.
Order Confirmation
Items are shipped after processing (3 - 7 business days) using Australia Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t find this confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out to us.
Delivery Times
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a refund or store credit subject to the following conditions:
items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order.
items must be returned in original condition, must be returned in the original shipping box/packaging and must have not been used. Any products that appear to have been used in any way will be refused and returned to you.
item/s marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we don't offer prepaid labels for change of mind returns. We recommend sending your order back to us using a trackable service as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns, please contact us at hello@baskandsip.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternative item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for the original item.
Defects
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a wrong or faulty item. Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@baskandsip.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Bask & Sip.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed from the date that your return parcel is received by Bask & Sip.
Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and return handling costs) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
Once the return has been processed you will be notified via the email address that the order was placed with.
