Yes, we ship internationally!
Depending on where you are, delivery can take anywhere from 1–6 weeks and while we wish we could speed things up, customs can be a little unpredictable. Any import taxes or duties are the buyer’s responsibility, and we’re not able to control delays at the border (as much as we’d love to!). -
Shipping costs depend on where you are and what’s in your cart.
Pop your details in at checkout and we’ll show you the total before you hit pay - no surprises.

We totally get that things change!
If you need to update your shipping address, tweak your order, or cancel it, get in touch with us as soon as you can at hello@baskandsip.com. We’ll do our best to help, but after 24 hours (or once your order’s been processed), changes aren’t guaranteed.If your order goes undelivered due to an incorrect address, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement. And just a heads-up we’re unable to make changes to billing details or payment methods once your order is placed.

Orders are prepped and packed on the Gold Coast and usually head out the door within 1–3 business days. You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Absolutely! Just pop your giftee’s name and address at checkout and we’ll send it straight to them. We don’t include prices in the package, and you can leave a personal note in the checkout section too.
All orders - whether a gift or a treat for yourself - come beautifully packaged, because we believe everyone deserves that little unboxing moment.

Our holders are made from premium neoprene - the same material used in surfer’s wetsuits - so they’re built to handle a good time.
Just spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Avoid machine washing or high heat to keep it looking fresh for the long haul. -
We’re a small (but mighty!) brand with a growing range of designs, and while we don’t have a full wholesale program just yet, we’re always open to chat.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not quite as described, we’ll sort it whether that means a refund, replacement or repair.
We don’t offer returns for change of mind (we’re still a small biz with limited stock), but if something’s not right, reach out - we’re always happy to help where we can.

Many of our patterns are limited runs so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Our holders are designed to fit standard 330ml cans, but they can also work for slim cans (like seltzers) and some stubby bottles. Need help? Send us a pic of what you’re trying to fit!
